Registered Nurse
Qualified applicants should have a current Ohio licensure and preferably one year of experience as an RN. RN case managers must be able to supervise cases in the field and have detailed charting skills. Optimum employees would have outgoing personalities and the ablity to work confidently and independently. RN's job duties depend on collaborative efforts from various disciplines therefore they must be team players.

Licensed Practical Nurse
Qualified applicants should have valid Ohio licensure, preferably one year experience, and the ability to work confidently and independently in the field. LPN's usually will work directly with RN case managers for assignments and case management duties and are expected to be team oriented.

Home Health Aides
Qualified applicants should have at least one year of verifiable experience doing home health care or be a Certified Nursing Assistant or a State Tested Nursing Assistant. Ideal candidates are team oriented and have an outgoing personality.
